So I just got a new to me tank and after filling with gas one of the air lines on the bottom has a gas leak in it, I blew air though it and it’s got a small hole on the inside of the tank, am I able to just plug it since it has two vent lines or do I need to buy another tank? Sorry for the long post can add photos if needed

There should be two outlets on your fuel tank. A breather hose and a drain hose. Breather hose (right side) goes to rollover valve, to canister on the 'California models'. Drain hose is open to atmosphere. Both, in tank seem to run up to the fuel cap. You might want to check the plumbing inside the tank, as in the non-Cali model the breather is vented to atmosphere.
