FS Marthy's soft bag rack

I bought one of Marthy's soft bag racks last season and am now selling it. It served me well, but I have decided to bit the bullet and go for the Givi v35 set-up. I bought it from him for $168 and would be willing to sell it for $120 plus shipping. I've attached some pics... I'm also going to post on Facebook.
