I'm posting this up here because i doubt i am even going to do it now but ya this was my scheme a wile back for a forced induction system on my fz6r keep in mind this is just a first look idea/option!!!

The actual fan psi output is not a guesstimate its the actual fan specification on the PSI they can hold back @max RPM so don't think I'm just yanking your chain these are 50$ computer fans and this setup requires 3 of them to provide the correct CFM for the bike.
lets just do some quick math here *not how it works but just for an idea*
B&S = 65.5mm x 44.5mm
B&S = 2.579in x 1.752in
Cyl Volume =3.142x1.663x1.752=9.156
Comp Ratio 12.2:1
9.156x12.2=112psi stock
now i know it dose not work quite like this because cam profile can changes the end psi and
im not sure of the ACTUAL math but it should be close to this:
now if 9.156 is under .15psi (aka with 4fans and engine@9krpms)
so 9.156x.15 adds 1.37 to your displacement
would bring it up to 10.526 you end up with 128.42psi per cyl at TDC with the motor at 9k rpms(16.42psi over stock)
and
now if 9.156 is under .19psi (aka with 4fans and engine@4krpms)
so 9.156x.19 adds 1.74 to your displacement bringing it up to 10.896
you end up with 132.93psi per cyl at TDC with the motor at 4k rpms(20.93psi over sock)
just food for thought i bet adding almost 20psi at 4k rpms would give her a few more ponies =P
but is a 20amp draw really worth it???:don'tknow:
Now some issues i needed to work out were
#1 The 3fans draw was about 15amps and 4fans 20amps total.... that's kinda alot (for comparison your headlight draws 3amps for the retrofit kit and 5-10amps stock)
#2 Using a resistor to ramp the fans up as the rpms increase with the fans hitting full power around 4k so you didn't have max psi at idle
so ya thats my theory let me know whatcha think!!!
