On my FZ6, (back in 2006), I had to replace the T.P.S. (Throttle Position Sensor) and the genuine Yamaha Workshop Manual was quite clear (to me) about how to read the Diagnostic Mode Codes and what to do.
Now I can NOT get the same complete details from the (down-loaded) Yamaha XJ6 Service Manual that I have. - In short I need a clear indication of exactly what to do. I am NOT a 'newbie' as I have owned, serviced and modified about 50 Motorcycles. Cheers folks
