So I upgraded to a new two brothers exhaust. Got a power Commander FC but my economy is gone to hell. I tried fiddling with the mapping myself but I'm not sure if I'm killing the bike.
Does anyone know what the best way to map a touring model is? Or what I should be doing to better tune the bike?
Have a 2013 FZ6R with Two Brothers full exhaust system. Just bought a Power Commander FC and need maps for this set-up, but can't find any of Marthy's maps.

Bought this bike a month ago with all these mods done to it... Rides amazing but loud as hell... Need a power commander and fuel injection modulator if I said that right. It has 3k miles got for 4250 it was at a car dealership!
I'm putting my stock exhaust back on my bike.
I was wondering if I needed to re-map the Power Commander after I do this. I currently have 2 different fuel maps. 1 for performance and 1 for the best MPG.
So I installed my Two Brothers exhaust yesterday and started up the bike. It sounded amazing - nice low purr at idle and smooth response when revving the engine.
Now comes today - I installed the Power Commander V and Driven block off plates. Start up the bike and...long story short it still...
