I have a set of front/rear stands, but the front stand does not allow enough clearance for me to pull out the wheel bolt to let the wheel slip out of the forks... Also, after loosening the bolt I noticed that when I spun the front wheel I could hear a grinding sound...like the rotor rubbing...

How many of you riders out there have alarm systems on your bikes? I'm wondering if they're worth having. And another thing; I've seen people leave their helmets tied to their bikes when they go inside a business. Is there a way to really secure them that well, or it is crazy to do that?

I cannot figure out how to get these out to remove the panels... I've tried popping them out with a screwdriver, which will only scratch the plastic, and almost broke off my fingernails trying use them. Is there a trick? Something I'm overlooking?

Does anybody know why the blue and black FZ6R's come with the silver front forks and the yellow and white bikes come with black ones? I'm guessing because white and yellow are more visible colors and the silver may help make the blue and black ones more visible. Just curious... Eventually...
