Not sure it will help but I bought those same plates and they are just fine for me theyre are made of aluminum so there sturdy and all its doing is covering the mirror mounts

Thats exactly what my thought was too i hated that ugly stock exhaust it was too quiet also so i went with the 14in muffler so get a bit of sound and it sounds great

Well to be completly honest I have done either yet lol. I know people say you should but personally i havent noticed any lose in power or that it has been running to lean or too rich so i never really bother ive put about 10 000 kms on since and had no issue.

I got the 14in carbon version ive had it about 2 seasons now and its great for the price. Quality is great. It sounds amazing and the 14in with the baffle out isnt too loud gives it a bit of sounds while not screaming like the shorter version so really for the price you cant go wrong. Just my...
