That is a solid ****ing effort... I did the same thing and I just purchased a replacement cover on eBay for $30. I don't think it's OEM but it looks identical, down to the YAMAHA.

I have the full IXIL system on my FZ6R. Was somewhat[ easy to install... After removing all the fairings and the existing exhaust, I began to bolt on the headers. The first two went on okay, but the second two had to be pulled very tightly by a friend to get them to line up correctly...

I have a 2010 in a custom pearl white. Zero gravity screen, full system ixil exhaust, woodcraft clip ons, lowered forks, tail tidy and led indicators. Also painted the stupid gem on the headlight black. Live up in thornbury. You guys on MSR?
