I traded in my White fz6r April this year and bought a R6 at Starr Cycle in Mankato. Seems like my old Fz6r sold real fast at the beginning of may. Fz6r had a zero gravity double bubble, fender eliminate, Shorty levers. Stock exhaust. Wondering if someone on here might have bought her? :D

Battery.. 2 main things to remember when you are storing your bike is put stabilizer in the fuel and then also tether the battery. Every couple weeks i'll turn my bike on let it warm up to 190 and then idle for 5 mins and turn it off. 3months into winter.. only couple more to go :iconbeer:

What helped me is the bike doesn't like to shift smooth at lower RPM's. Get up to 7-9 and shift. Engines were made to rev high and like to shift smooth at higher RPMs

Don't have recommendation for music ear-buds but for hearing protection.. Earpro by Surefire. Duel purpose: use them on spirited runs on back roads and also at the range when i'm working. They are small and work quite well.
