To be honest I believe there is no problem in turning the tire around to have it in the correct rolling direction. If there is, maybe someone can correct me. But I can bet that safety/grip with rain/wet conditions is severely affected on a wrong direction rolling. If it was me, if I needed to...

Just be careful as wrong installed tires are specially bad with rain and wet road as the water escape works the opposite way and instead of driving water away from the wheel they add the water under the wheel.

I'm seing a lot of lifting tools on the shops but they all fit on some sort of rollers installed on the wheel axis. Is this the only way and I have to get those rollers on? Or is there an alternative? If someone can post a couple of links for some web site shops I'd really appreciate...
