You can do what I did for my exhaust- a GYTR R6 slip on exhaust,$230, R6 header $60 (modify header) and paint it with high heat paint. All for less than $300 and you have a nice exhaust with a slightly bigger ID than a stock header with more flow out the muffler.

Put them back on with double sided tape, like 3M. You can also take them off like you would take a badge off a car, with fishing line.

I would think it's possible but you would need a lot of heat and you would have to heat all 4 pipes at once.

Just wanted to but this up with an update. Everything is holding up good including the vinyl wrap on the frame and the ceramic coating on the exhaust. Looks just as good as the day I installed everything :)

So, Marthy, I just installed a autotuner and got the map from the PC website. They have my AFR at 13 at WOT and cruising is like 13.5. Should I make some changes to that?
