The bulb for the FZ6R is an H4, dual filament. The H7 is only a single filament, and actually not even fit in the reflector bowl of the FZ6R properly. You need an H4.

Without the headlight, the HID kit would not really be useful. The bulb wouldn't fit anything but a mini H1 projector.

There is a wealth of information that has been posted about the R6 headers on the FZ6R. You actually have recently posted in a couple of them that say that the '02 R6 headers fit.
