I've been throwing a code 12 since my battery arched a while back from touching the negative first then somewhere else. I'm throwing w code 12 and not getting anywhere. I ohmed out my cps and its reading as good. Where else should I look what else should I do? I'm getting tired of going in circles here

The service manual describes code 12 as "normal signals are not received from the crank position sensor". It identifies 6 probable causes to check for in a specific order. Number 5 is checking the resistance of the cps, which you already did, and found it to be within range. Unfortunately, probable cause number 6 is "ECU malfunction", with the repair being to replace the ECU.

Hey thank you for the reply. I'm about to go change my battery I think it has something to do with it my volt meter reading 12.4v right so I went to go take it the shop to get a stress test and they told me I need to charge the battery first... so I think I might of found the issue

What are all the 6 problems? Can you direct me to a link

Update to my issue I had the starter wire on negative post of battery not the relay... I feel dumb but I figured it out I appreciate everyone when I seen the starter was good and wasn't reciving enough voltage there was the light bulb

The important thing is that you discovered the issue, fixed the problem, and shared the solution.
It's all about learning from each other. Glad you're back up and running!
