if you want to spend some cash, rizoma makes some nice parts for the xj6 which will fit our bike too. I've got mirrors from them and spent a pretty penny on the set with adapters but I like the minimalist look. If you want an impression for the rearsets, you can look at valter moto rearsets...
Terrible indeed. I've only been to jet aircraft crashes and I can't imagine a wreckage involving almost 300 people and a 777. Until there is either have an investigation team to complete their work or someone fully fesses up to shooting it down, we won't know what happened, but the latter does...
They're moving to that single front ram air design instead of dual channels to the airbox. They keep taking tech from motogp and putting it into the bikes, that's why the spy photos show it has the R6 plastics too. I wonder how much it will cost when it's going to compete with some real heavy...
nicely done! Are those steel braided lines? I've been looking for a pair that's not separate lines like the usual sold. My buddy has fairing damage on his R6 cause his lines rub against his fairing.
Rizoma Yamaha turn signal mount adapters (FR212B)
Whever you buy it from may have a chart that may not say FZ6R for the adapter but I measured it and they fit perfectly. Especially when our bike shares the OEM turn signals as all the other Yamaha's w/full fairings.
Both vids highly entertaining. Ride how you want and since you take precautions in what you do, good on your for that so we can be entertained.
On a side note, good luck on AF PJ thing, it's a long hard school so prepare and best of luck, cause if you want to be that hero guy which the AF...
Rizoma Mirrors
These are the Rizoma Dynamic Universal Mirrors on the Rizoma BS721B mirror fairing mounting adapters. These set me back and I probably could've spent the money on perfomance parts for my bike but those wishes will wait.
The view is decent when you find what fits you on your...
1. Trying to find 2nd.
2. You don't have the funds to buy the mods/gear you look at everyday.
3. You lowside in a jam packed 4 way.
4. You have to ride all bruised up from the crash earlier that day.
5. You're in a group and everybody else is on a supersport styled bike. I...
I don't have flushmounts but I have highly visible turnsignals. I have a set of Rizoma zero 11 turn signals. I have a DMP electrical adapter so I it's all plug and play. I don't have them set up as running lights cause they affect my DMP integrated taillight somehow. When wired as running...
I think you'd have to pull up the parts charts for the XJ6. Unless you plan on custom fabrications...anything cheap like zip ties and duct tape will probably have your headlight wobbling too much and pissing people off in front of you...well...on second thought, it may get you more noticeable...
Yes....definitely blip the throttle on your way down and keep in mind your gear....
Things I learned:
1. You may have to share that lane with a car when it doesn't see you and turns left into yours and it's a two lane road.
2. Old folks don't see stop signs...and I mean like there...
The laws for states are usually different from each other and Cali usually takes the cake on all the extreme and absurd laws. I still have much love for SoCal though. I agree with the whole thing about it being ok for the most part and cops won't bust you for it unless you got into trouble...
