Today I finished the hidden turn signals in the fake ram air intakes. I also found out that an almost dead battery will make the engine bog down and run like crap when juicing the throttle in the garage.

That's exactly what I did. Thank you and hopefully future cleanings will be a lot faster and less work if I keep up with them.

Apparently the previous owner never once cleaned or lubed the chain during the 5400 miles he put on it. Because of that I just spent the last 2 hours cleaning the chain and sprockets. I have seen that chain lube works best when put on a warmed up chain, but my chain is cold ofter cleaning it...

Funny. This thread made me realize the owners manual that came with my bike is wrong. I got the manual for the FZS6Y... and I thought I was going crazy looking for the helmet lock and center stand. ;)

I just picked mine up today. 2009 with 5,400 miles for $3,650. I think I got a pretty smoking deal. It doesn't even feel like the is broken in yet.
