I don't know of an adhesive but you could try contacting Tech Spec to see if they have any recommendations. Also if you read their instructions it says:
"Tech Spec's are a wear item. If you expirience any separation, simply remove the pad, place on a piece of wax paper, trim off the separated materials and replace back onto the bike."
So maybe if it's just a bit of the materials you could try that.
