I noticed this special version of the MT on the UK web site. Unlike most special editions which involve a decal and some white paint, this one seems to be quite good with some Ohlins bits and some good tyres.

The reason the big teams are struggling is lack of testing, normally they test till they get it right now they are restricted. testing costs money, hence a more level playing field. Having said that the Brawn team are getting the benefit of the work the Honda team did on the chassis last year...
I think people are better off with a cheap/used first bike, which you can use to lean the skills and fall off. Then move onto a big (:confused:) 600 with around the 100BHP, a real FZ6 perhaps :rolleyes:. My previous 600 was around the same power as the FZ6R and I got bored with it very quickly...
Remember the R (:rolleyes:) is down on both power and torque compared to the regular FZ6, despite the peaks occurring earlier in the rev range, so you need to give it a bit of stick, like it was designed for. Use the force, opps I mean the gearbox.;)
